For Major Mentor, I implemented MemberPress to manage memberships and gated content, and developed custom WordPress plugins to automate member communications. These plugins integrated with the Twilio API to send scheduled SMS messages alongside email notifications, triggered by user activity and membership state.
This work focused on building reliable, behavior-driven automation within WordPress, allowing the platform to communicate with members at the right time without manual intervention.
I also worked with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and Custom Post Types (CPT) to create custom layouts
provided by the designer so that details could be edited easily by the site owner.
